Two diffrent routers (one fibre, second mobile connection) on one IP

I'm trying to get information how the connection of fibre based router would react while having mobile router as a prime (and vice versa), and how to sustain connection if one of those fail (like there is a mobile shortage or fibre cable break).

U can probably configure it, so you are able to manually move some cables and use one or the other when one of the connection fails.

If u want this to occur seamlessly, two high-end features: Fail-safe (one main, one backup, auto enable), load-balance (use both at the same time to spread the total load) then you are looking to acquire more hardware (usd$hundreds+) plus skill for non-trivial configuration.

Well, it's not for me, but for my client, and I thought about the first option, and I think it's the best for current situation.
