So, I was playing around with my computer yesterday And I went to "Device Manager", on "Display Adapters" tab and I see two graphic cards-"Intel HD Graphics 4600" and "Nvidia GeForce GTX 750". My questions is, how do I know which Graphics I am using while gaming and do I need to Uninstall The Intel Graphics Card?

No, you need to go into the BIOS and make sure that the iGPU is disabled or that the default adapter is set to PCI or PEG, or if it specifically lists your GTX 750, that.

Actually Windows is perfectly happy with multiple graphics adapters, it won't be an issue. You'll know if you're running off the onboard graphics because the performance will be terrible. It shouldn't really happen, most games should just recognise and use the 750.

You can disable it in the BIOS if you want to, but there's no harm leaving it.

That answer was wrong. "Games" don't have anything to do with which graphics adapter is being used. The operating system or the BIOS controls which adapter is default, not "games". Games cannot change between adapters, select a default adapter or disable an adapter. The 750 may already be selected as the default adapter, I won't argue that, but if it's not, a game isn't going to know there is another adapter that can be used. It will use whichever adapter is currently set as default.

The exception to that may be certain multiple card configurations, which doesn't apply here.
