I have two monitors, A ViewSonic XG2401 and a BENQ Zowie 2411P. I have them both connected to my GTX 1080 via the display ports on the graphics card. However, if I have one plugged in the other one won't detect. The cords, the ports they work...It's just one will not get detected if the other one is plugged in. Also, since the ViewSonic was the first monitor it overrides the Zowie so if I plug that one in after the Zowie the Zowie will not be detected anymore. Any thoughts on this issue? I'm on Windows 10 if that helps.
If there is already a thread for this could someone point me there? This is something that happened a while back but I'm only revisiting because I'm tired of the video from using a hdmi capping my other monitors frame rate at 60. Thanks in advance!
Quick little update....I can drag stuff over like I have two monitors but the other monitor is still saying signal not detected. Just a little extra info....
