two drivers i cant install

I reinstalled my PC windows operating system (win 7) and there are two drivers i cant install, i have checked the hardware ids. here they are:

IUSB3\ROOT_HUB30&VID_8086&PID_1E31&REV_0004&SID_84CA1043

One is an Intel USB 3.0 Root Hub.

The other is the ASMedia XHCI Controller also known as: ASMedia USB 3 Extensible Host Controller.

It sounds like whatever you have does not support Windows 7 OS. That is probably why you have two drivers you can't install.
