Two explorer.exe taking up CPU and RAM

So one of my explorers is probably a virus, but when I open file location they both link to "C:\Windows".

I've tried: combofix, full scan on AVG.

Please give me suggestions on what to do?

Then load Google chrome (or other) then delete both versions of explorer. Afterwards using the other browser download a fresh official version of explorer.

Run Bitdefender or Kaspersky - they are the best. If it doesnt help , uninstall Chrome and use IE 11 as i did .

I'm not talking about any internet browser, I'm talking about "explorer.exe"

The executable file for explorer will be overwritten by the new installation. You can also do a "repair" or fresh install of the OS.
