Two external monitors plus laptop screen

I have connected two external monitors to my laptop and they are working fine. How do I go about getting the actual laptop screen to work at the same time thus creating a third screen?

Most laptops would turn off its own display when you connect an external screen as it thinks your in an office setting and are using the external display for its higher res and no longer needs the monitor screen, unless of course the manual says otherwise.

I am trying to attach two external monitors to a laptop. I was wondering what kind of hardware I needed if any? any help would be great.

I know that there are usb devices that would output video, but I am not sure if you can attach two or more to you computer.
