[SOLVED] Two faint white vertical lines on monitor

I noticed these lines when I updated my graphics card drivers but I'm not sure if its a software issue or a hardware issue.
The monitor is an IPS panel that I overclocked from 60 hz to 72

does the lines goes out if you reset it to 60 hz .

I just tried changing it back and they are still there.

check in the gpu control panel to ajust picture to screen size to panel and keep aspect ratio also check resolution of the screen in the same place if it not been change .
