Question Two fresh Pc with same problem NEED HELP PLEASE

I have 2 Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD4- B3 and a B4. I installed one a AGV 750-watt power supply the other with a 500-watt. Both are coming on and shutting off both with new ram and new CPU. What am i missing.

If so, new, good quality PSUs are a must, among other things.

How old are the MoBos? Namely, where did you get them? Ebay?

Also, any particular reason why you went with Z68 chipset and Intel 2nd gen CPUs?

For example: The PC's turn on and then after some time turn off and then after some time turn on again, etc., etc...?

Without you doing anything?

No beeps, no diagnostic LEDs.

Same pattern for both PCs?

Did you use only the cables that came with the respective PSUs?

To add to that;

Not all CPUs that those MoBos support, have iGPU in them. So, when OP has CPU without iGPU, dedicated GPU is a must to see an image.
But we 1st need to know what CPUs are in those MoBos.
