Two hard drives, moving docs

I recently built a new computer and installed XP on the new HD (C drive). I then plugged my old HD in as a 2nd SATA drive (E drive). I'm trying to move all my old files over the the new HD and running into a few problems.

1) on my old drive my profile was password protected, in my documents and settings folder i cant open the my user's folder. The message is "E:\Documents and Settings\JP is not accessible. Access is denied." How do I get in there?

2) whats the easiest way to get my old browser bookmarks over to my new drive?

3) same question with regards to my old outlook files

1. You made your folders private. See: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/810881/en-us If you have XP Home, boot into Safe Mode first.

2. Copy your bookmarks from the old hard drive.

3. Import your .pst files into Outlook.
