Two identical monitors, can't get same resolution on both

I have 2 ea. LG 34UM58-P Ultra-wide LED 21:9 monitors set up on my cpu. Monitor #1 resolution is at 2460 x 1440, Monitor #2 will only display 1920 x 1080. How can I get the same resolution on both? The cpu has a Nvidia Quadro K620 graphics card. Cable between cpu & Monitor #1 is DVI-D (Dual Link) adapter to HDMI - HDMI, Monitor #2 Display port - HDMI. Extended Display setting. Windows 7 Pro. Updated the drivers. Please help.

You need a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter that supports 2560 × 1440, some are limited to 1920 × 1080.
