Two instances of nacl64.exe eating up 30% of my CPU.

Recently, in Task Manager, I've noticed two programs running, called Google Chrome (With no Google Chrome symbol. The regular Google Chrome has a 32 bit afterwards in parenthesis. When I go to the original file location, I end up seeing the nacl64.exe file in Program Files (x86) > Google > Chrome > Application > 39.0.2171.95. The first uses 15-20% of my CPU, and the second uses 5-10%. Why is this happening, and is this bad?

That is part of GOOGLE Chrome.
