Two intake fans and 1 exhaust?

Im not planning to overclock and this config is temporary. Im ordering a fourth fan tomorrow so when i get that 4th fan it will be 2 intake and 2 exhaust but all I have is 3 fans for now.

In my opinion, two intakes and one exhaust is the optimum setup if you want to keep a clean case.
When all the intake comes from one source and is filtered, your case will stay clean.
One exhaust is ok to direct the airflow past the cpu cooler and out the case.

Beware of using a second fan; it is counter productive.
When you do, it will tend to draw in unfiltered air from other openings.

Your parts are not hot so you need nothing more.

My plan is too have the 2 intake fans in the front of the case and for my exhausts: 1st exhaust will be in the upper left side of case and 2nd exhaust will be in the first slot in the top so that they are kinda surrounding the cpu fan. Is that ok?

I would suggest using 3 fans first - 2 intakes at front and the one exhaust in the rear. Monitor your CPU & GPU temps. If they're running high, then add in a 4th fan. I agree with the above comments - positive air pressure will keep the dust out of your case.

Well, you have the opportunity to try it both ways.
See how much difference you get in temperatures.
And... see if you think three fans are quieter than 4.
It will be hard to tell which way will keep your parts cleaner over time.

I know one hates to feel that they have wasted a purchase.

Remember, it will be a pain to later disassemble your pc to get your cooler and graphics card free of dust.
