Question Two keys dont work together

i bought a keyboard and it arrived a few hours back, plugged it in n started playing some games until i realized the H and W keys dont work when pressed together, only the one clicked first works. After looking at the manual i realized that theres keys with and without conflict, and several of the keys i use are in conflict with one another. Silly question from someone who is really not that well versed, is this limitation removable?

It must be a european brand, the keyboard is called Spartan Gear Lochos, its a really cheap mechanical so i knew it would not be great but this is pretty bad so ill probably return it
