Two mobo's one can fit

Hi!
I'm probably getting a I5 9600K because the prices are a bit flexible for now and are at the moment pretty low but I haven't desided on the mobo jet and almost everybody here is more experienced than me and just know more. I have picked two mobo's and that are the:

1. ASRock Z390M-ITX/ac
2. MSI MPG Z390I Gaming Edge AC

I'm doing a build with a gtx 1080 8gb and to be specific the:
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Gaming OC 11G
and a m.2 40mm and spicific the:
Toshiba RC100 480GB

which mobo is the best pick for me?

I have an Asrock, and no experience with MSI. Both are M-ITX boards. I say go with the one that has the features YOU need.

Thats the thing they both have what I need but one has more beauty and the other has more options to expand.

I am a function over form kind of guy. I would never choose beauty over functionality. Realistically, do you think you would actually ever USE the additional options available before you upgraded to the next greatest thing? Which one is the least expensive? And which one do you really WANT?
