Question Two monitor detecting and freezing in Rx 460

I connected from hdmi port from GPU to vga port to monitor with adaptor. This Rx 460 is sometime keep freezing, there are two monitor input in AMD software and Device Manager.
They are Display port and HDMi . Hdmi is the one that i connected. how should i do ?
