I want to setup 3 screens display for my laptop. I bought two ASUS monitors and an HDMI splitter.
When I connected my two monitors they detected as one monitor, and the output duplicated for the two monitors. (I have chosen the extend option in display settings)

I am not sure where is the problem? In drivers, in the OS or from the splitter?

My Laptop is HP ENVY TouchSmart 15t-j100 Select Edition CTO Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)

Processor: intel core i7 4702MQ
GPU: intel HD 4600
Nvidia GeForce GT 750 4GB
Built-in display resolution is FHD 1080
1 HDMI display port

My additional two monitors are ASUS VP228HE 21.5" FHD 1080 60HZ

OS is Windows 10 Creators Fall edition
All drivers is updated to the latest version

Solution

HDMI doesn't support...

HDMI doesn't support multiple video streams on a single port, HDMI splitters will only duplicate displays.

Solution

Because it is not "ordinary" HDMI splitter. If you read the description, it is "DisplayPort to 4xHDMI hub". Not to mention that the company in that video is out of business.

You can connect the 2nd monitor using USB to HDMI adapter.

Because he's not using an HDMI source. All I said was HDMI doesn't support multiple video streams from a single HDMI port. He's not using an HDMI splitter in that video, he's using a DisplayPort splitter (with a bunch of DP to HDMI adapters attached to it, internally). DisplayPort does support multiple video streams. However that requires a DisplayPort output on your computer, not an HDMI output.
