Question two monitors on one graphics card possible?

Hi, everyone. I have recently replaced my 42'' 1080p panasonic with 50" 4K one.
The old TV was connected to my PC along with my DELL U2312 (1080p) to the same GPU (1060GTX) and everything worked with no problems.
Is it possible for me to use the two monitors as duplicate display but with different resolution?

Different displays yes, duplicate displays no. However the 4k display should scale 1080p perfectly as that is exactly half native resolution in each axis

So I use the extention display.
When I set the big screen to 1080p it works OK, when I set it to 4K I get no signal, any ideas why?

Try a different cable as 4k60 pushes HDMI hard to 18Gbps.

Note if the TV does not have 600MHz HDMI 2.0 ports then forcing 4k at 30Hz is the best you can expect to work, at least without dropping to YCbCr 4:2:0
