Question Two monitors plugged to GTX 1650 HDMI-HDMI and HDMI-DisplayPort. No signal on one dipslay.

I have a GTX 1650 which is plugged to my 55" TV (HDMI-HDMI) and my Sceptre 27" monitor (HDMI-DisplayPort).

However, the image on the Sceptre monitor flickers or just goes black, no signal.

I have Windows 10. hope you can help me guys.

does it work if you only plug in the Sceptre?

Update: I just changed the resolution and I can Duplicate my desktop, no flickering anymore, but when I try to EXTEND my desktop, the Sceptre monitor goes black again.
