Two monitors setup help

I have a GTX 1060 Exoc White 6gb that has 1 HDMI 2.0, 1 Display Port and 2 DVI-D. My two monitors are Asus VZ229H that supports analog and digital signal and has HDMI 1.4 and VGA output. Which connection/port should I use if I want to setup dual monitor? Thank you very much
