Question Two Motherboards and two power supplies - no post

Purchased a ASUS ROG Strix B450-F
worked fine until one day it wouldn't post
tried another power supply, wouldn't post
purchased another ASUS ROG Strix B450-F
swapped out everything, wouldn't post
tried the other power supply, wouldn't post
removed everything except CPU, wouldn't post
tried different power switches....
tested the power supplies....
any other ideals?

I don't see a video card??????

Most AMD processors don't have built in graphics what processor are you using.

Most AMD processors don't have built in graphics what processor are you using.

Using a GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
I pulled it out, along with everything else, to see if any of the peripherals were the cause.
Still nothing happening. When I originally hooked up the second power supply and pressed the power button the fan on the power supply jumped but then nothing.
