Two Motherboards Connected

I have two motherboards on of the motherboards have a slot that goes into a Pci express port can I use these to have two motherboards on one system.

Because one of the motherboards CPU is broken and I would like to use the ram and the speed of the motherboard with the working CPU to have a faster computer and the ports are all different from each motherboard and its and older computer.
