Two Mouse Cursors Plus Remote Computing

Is there any remote software, or any way at all to have the ability to use a mouse cursor from me sitting in front of my PC, and an additional mouse cursor from another user remoting in to my PC?

I know there is a program that you can use to have 2 mouse cursors from 2 mice plugged in to the same PC, but I'm not sure how it would work with a user remoting in. I'm sure this is an odd question, so I have no idea if this capability exists.

Team viewer and VNC don't have that feature, it would be something the programmers would need to integrate into their product. Like if you used something like that and someone opened team viewer on your box both of the pointers would just hover over each other and just make them all look like one mouse including the one controlling it. So unless you can find some open sourced remote management tool that isn't just a shell and program that feature in yourself you are SOL sorry.

i7 Baby, I'm not sure you read my question correctly. I'm not asking about just regular remote software.
