Two Network Connections one PC

Hello guys. I Am planing to get one more internet connection because we Don't have Fiber here and when I do livestreaming my Latency goes high in-game so I would like to ask you what should I buy to make it work. I have normal MOBO which the cable is going to now to provide me internet.

The thing is My software that I am using ( OBS ) Have the option to chose a network, so If i have two I can chose which one to use. Can I have one of them to be for my gaming / internet browsing / skype etc. and the other one just for the stream ?

I also would like to add that my connection is from the oldest ones, with TV cable into a CISCO 2100 Cable Modem. and I can't change ISPN because we are limited in this city. (Illuminati Confirmed )

But yea, I would love to get some tips from you guys and please tell me what I have to buy for the second internet because I am not sure yet. Normal LAN Card, or? , Cheers. Martin

Just so were on the same page you are taking about getting another internet subscription from you ISP? What kind of up and down speeds do you have?

Well I have 20Mbps down and 10Mbps international speeds, but for a reason when I livestream with 3000Bitrate, not sure how much KBp/s is that , I am getting high latency ingame, I am using old cable internet from my TV. They will setup fiber connection but will be in 5-6months, so I a am looking for solution.

When you say latency are you getting framerate drops or are you getting lag on muliplayer games?

I can't get FPS Drop with GTX TItan and 12Cores 15mb cache i7 oc'ed at 4.6ghz -.-
