Question Two new builds will not launch any games utilizing Easy Anti Cheat

I recently built two new systems. Both have ASUS X570-I mother boards, AMD Ryzen 9 3900X processors, 32GB Corsair Vengeance RAM, Corsair MP600 1TB M.2 , and MP510 480GB M.2. One is running and Nvidia 2060 and the other a Radeon 6800. Neither can launch any game via steam or the Epic games store that has Easy Anti Cheat. I'm guessing it's a software conflict but I have stopped every process I can think of, and can not find the cause. The Nvidia based system was able to launch and play Fortnite once, since then, when trying to launch it, I receive a "Failed to start" error. I have tried the EAC repair for each game affected to no avail. Any assistance/knowledge is greatly appreciated.

I have a asus rog strix x470 f gaming and when i have the mobo lighting effects on it has the same issue with the easy anti cheat not allowing ghost recon wildlands to load.
When it going into windows Services and turn off lighting services it loads the game.

Mite give it a try.

@rgd1101 I stopped the lighting service on the Nvidia system, and Fortnite still won't launch. It's not running on the other system as I stopped it earlier today trying things out.
@Crosslhs82x2 I uninstalled Asus armory earlier on the Radeon system, ASUS aura is not installed. I am using Corsair iCUE on both systems. Any known issues with that?

I have ZERO issues with iCue and any game I play.

I really feel like it's an issue with something ASUS is running on my system. I have iCUE on an older computer I built, and I have no issue with that one. I'm also building a 3rd system for myself using the same motherboard, and processor in these two systems, and I feel like I'm going to run into the same issue.

Sorry it took soo long to get back.
I just checked my services and don't see it anymore which would go along with uninstalling the asus rgb (Crap <)even though I just said that in the last 9 days while on Vacation I have Installed Icue for a H150i Capellix and have No Issuse's with it Or Ghost Recon loading.

After unistalling did you run any thing like CCleaner to get anything let behind on the uninstall?

I downloaded CC Cleaner and had an odd issue. It wouldn't run. I uninstalled, turned off anti-virus, reinstalled, restarted, and still wouldn't run. No error code, just would click on it and nothing would happen. I've used CC Cleaner before on other PC's with no issues.

I'm hoping this info will help you all. I'm attaching info from a Squads dump file. Maybe someone can help me decipher this. Thank you in advance.

Good Morning
I would like to help but Debugging is Well above me.
All I can say is some Op's have posted files as a link or link to it somehow so the experts can open it in the debuggers to run.
How all that is done Sorry I can't tell you.

I haven't had any issuse's with ccleaner not running.

Kinda stumped at this moment.
