I just put together a new PC with three storage devices - one 500GB SSD and two 1TB HDDs, all of which are new.
When I first started it up, the only options I had in the BIOS as boot drives were the SSD and a DVD drive I used to install Windows 10. During the Windows install process, however, I saw all three drives as options when asked where I wanted the operating system located. I installed Windows to the SSD, and now I don't see the two HDDs in Explorer.
I *do* see them in the device manager, and the properties indicate that they're working fine. I also see them in the performance tab of task manager, though they're listed simply as Disk 0 and Disk 2, without drive letters (meanwhile, the SSD is "C:" as intended). I'm hoping this means they're not bricks and I just missed a step somehow, but I have no idea what that might be.
If it matters, the hardware I'm using is:
MB: ASRock X370 Taichi
CPU: Ryzen 7 1800X
RAM: 32GB (only 16 works for whatever reason - I started a different thread about that)
Graphics: EVGA GeForce GTX 1070
SSD: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820250087
HDDs: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822236625
