Hello, I'm really confused by this and it's weeks that I'm looking for answers. I'm kinda desperate.
Situation: two Windows 10 PC connected to a simple 5-ports switch connected to a Qnap NAS.
Individually, they connect flawlessy to the NAS, using two different static IPs in a 192.168.2.X configuration.
They also connect to the internet wirelessly using a DHCP router that's not having any issue (and it's in a 192.168.1.X network).
Issue: they are unable to connect at the same time to the NAS network using file explorer. The only (awkward and slow) way is to manually enter the NAS IP in the browser and use the NAS interface for everything. The fact that the NAS is available via browser means (I suppose) that the interface is correctly configured but for some reason this configuration does not work for Windows file explorer.
Thank you so much
