Two pictures on my monitor

I'm getting two small pictures on my screen one is my windows screen the other is a blue screen which says no composite signal. Could this be a bad video board?

can't say for myself, but I found this solution, not sure if it'll work

Hit your touch button to bring up the touch menu.
Hit the "menu" button and scroll down to PIP settings.
Hit "PIP Mode" (which should read at the moment "PIP") and change it to "Off".
