Two questions about mother boards.

Hello, forumers! I have two quick questions that I need to be answered about motherboards. Firstly, I want to swap out my motherboard, which is a “Basswood”, which apparently nobody’s ever heard of. I wish to overclock my Ryzen 1400, which the mobo doesn’t support, and I need to get a different sound card, and the one I currently have is in the mobo. Is it possible to just get a new mobo, or no? Secondly, if I am able to swap out my mobo, I have a HP Pavilion Power 580-130 (which nobody has heard of I guess) which has a UATX form factor. I’ve heard that I believe Mini ITX mobos are the exact same, but not exactly sure.

Thanks in advance!

Here's the specs on your PC https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05686875. Just expand the section on the motherboard and that gives you sizes and should be enough info. The only other issue that I can see if that the front panel connectors may or may not be a standard connector and you might have to get creative to connect the power switch, reset, LEDs, HD LED, etc to your new board.
