Two Questions, One About Flash Drives, One About HDD Copys..

I have a few dilemma's, and Google did not answer my questions, I have a Win 8 laptop, 8.1 to be exact, i have downloaded a few programs, but all seem to work differently. See i have a 128gb flash drive that i want to convert to Fat 32.. That's not possible right? One program formatted it but the drive did not show up on my Vizio smart TV.. Fat 32 is for 32gb or less?

My second problem is outdated software, i am looking to take the 1tb that is installed in the laptop, make a complete bootable copy of the drive to another drive and install that drive without the hassle of re installing windows etc etc.. Most programs i find are old and outdated.. And is the concept possible with a ps4.. (i know this one is questionable becuase of the way ps4 runs the drive) is it possible to make an exact copy of a ps4 drive, and basically be able to swap them ??

1. FAT32. Max 4GB file size, max volume size of 2TB.

2. cloning/bootable/laptop/desktop/ps4....what are you actually trying to do?

So why does the flash drive not function properly.. Do you use FAT32? If so what do you use to format drives..

And it's complicated but, i need to take my laptop drive and clone it to my old PS4 drive, then take the new PS4 hybrid drive, clone it to the old laptop drive.. With out all the complications.. Even if i am only able to copy the laptop drive, that would suffice.. But if it would work the same for a PS4 drive that would be amazing.. (even though doubtful)
