Two recording devices working at the same time

Hello everybody,
I have 2 audio inputs (Line In - I have connected my phone on it and and Mic In - headset microphone) and I want to make Line In working in one application and Mic In working in other application at the same time.

There is problem though. Windows 7 doesn't allow using two recording devices simultaneously. Is there any way, how to make them work at the same time ?

Many applications can be told what device to use.

I would check the program even if only one allows it the other can be set in Windows it self.
