Two Routers in one Network

I have home network which consist of 3PC, 2LT, NUS(server),TV,Game consoles etc.
How can I configure IPs for connect second and third PCs through second router, as on this diagram:

I tried to connect and first router used
IP: 192.168.1.1
Second Router used
IP: 192.168.10.1
Of cause, I can't ping any PC's from my 1 PC and vice-versa.
Please advise me!

the second router need to be configured as a AP
