Two routers, with VPN Communication?

Hello Friends,

I'm a internship-student, an in work I have two Draytek Routers, Vigor 2925, that I would like to communicate with, as VPN.

So, two routers, that can communicate with both routers, as VPN. (for more secure Remote/access). (How do can I do that)?

How manu routers are there? Two? Four?
Where these routers are located - all in single location?
Why do you need VPN between routers - do you want to make inter-offce connection?
