Two spare cables attatched to my computer case

1. A serial ATA cable (the case has a esata port on top, does this just plug into the mobo?and does it matter what order the sata cables are placer in the mobo?)
2. A MQT cable also attatched to the case (looks like it fits into a K-conn cable)

Yes, the eSATA cable attaches to the SATA port on the MB in any order. SATA has no priority like PATA.

I'm not familiar with MQT or K-Conn. Is that a type of Twisted Ribbon Cable? What case do you have that has the cable attached?

the NZXT phantom full tier case, the K-conn(i have 5 of them on my PSU) or MQT(on the case) plugs have 4 large pins in a straight line

Can you post a pic or link to one? I'm not familiar with those terms. It sounds like you are describing a Molex connector.

Yeh its a molex connector, MQT must just be the make or version, but i'm not familiar with what it does on my case

Does it come from the fan controller area of the case? I would imagine that is the feed for the fan controller. It would plug into any Molex connector from your PSU. Then the small 3 or 4 pin hooded connectors from the fan controller plug into the cables from the fans. In fact, they may come already plugged in.
