[SOLVED] Two Sticks of 16gb ram in dual channel but OS only says 16gb of physical ram

So i just bought two sticks of 16gb ram and replaced my old 8gb sticks. PC properties say 16gb, but i have ran CPU-Z and it shows both. I have tried reseating them to no success.

i went into bios and reset to default and it updated thank you so much
