What can I do with a single computer that has two USB wifi adapters connected to two different routers connected to my 150 Mbps network? I've read something about a static route but I don't know if it applies to me.

Solution
It likely provides you no benifit if both routers are hooked to the ISP connection. If you have 2 different ISP connection then if you work at it very hard you can use both at the same time with static routes.

With just a single ISP the wifi should not be the bottleneck.

Windows doesn't can only work with one default gateway. You may be able to have specific destinations use one adapter vs the other by adding static routes.
It is not trivial.

A single, better WIFI infrastructure or using powerline networking would be a better implementation.
