Good morning.

I've built two systems in the last year. When I built first system, I was building it for gaming and possibly photo and video editing. When I was building the second system, I just wanted to make it better (overall), but figured that I didn't need two GTX 970, and bought 750 TI.

Now I am trying to decide which system should get GTX 970.
And also if any system would be more suitable for picture / video editing (nothing major, just home videos), and which one to use for gaming.

Should I leave things "as is", swap video cards between, or I'm just an idiot who should have gotten GTX 970 for both, since I want to use one for gaming / work, and another for video editing / work.

System 1:
CPU: i7 4790k
Memory: DDR3 8Gb
Video: GTX 970

System 2:
CPU: i5 6600k
Memory: DDR4 16Gb
Video: GTX 750 TI

Thank you!

Solution
i7 would be the better editing machine, and should probably be stuck with the 750ti (consider bumping up RAM if doing 4K video). The i5 will make a great gaming machine with the 970.

Thank you guys!

Special thanks to dudeman509 for the RAM suggestion. I will be replacing current 2x4Gb with 2x8Gb, which will leave room for additional 2x8Gb in the future. That will also be max for my mobo.
