TWRP rom file has no md5 file

im lost,im trying to put an OS on my android device, im on twrp and have the ROM zip files on my phone and are the correct one for my phone. but every time i try to install anything period it just says no md5 file found and theN fails. ive searched the web and couldnt find anything to fix this. wtf am i doing wrong?

What phone and what rom are you trying to install?

Also with twrp you need to be using a .zip of the rom image, cant use a .img or .gz

its a sony z5 compact, they're all the stock zip files (untouched). im trying a few things to install. this is what ive been trying to install and followed a commenters instructions
