TX650 and 6950 crossfire?

Will a Corsair TX650 watt power supply provide enough power for a Phenom 965 with 2 6950's crossfired?

Yes there will be no problem, and you still have some room for CPU OCing.

Yes as long as you dont overclock.
Note: the TX 650 only has two pcie connectors and the 6950's require two each.
