Tyan s7012 not powering on

My tyan s7012 will not power on! The cpu Ram And fans all are working parts though. I press the power button the led flashes the chassis fans rotate once and that’s it. No beep nothing! I tried one cpu and one ram stick still nothing! Any help is appreciated!

Specs

Evga 500 watt psu
Xeon e55xx series
Samsung ddr3 ecc registered ram 16gb

A 500W power supply is probably not enough. You probably don't have two EPX12V plugs.
