My asus rog strix helios cabinet USB type c port not working.My motherboard is Gigabyte Z490M ultra durable.Any advice?

Do you have any BIOS updates pending for your motherboard? Try and reinstall the drivers for your chipset, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Just curious, how are you hooked to the front panel from that motherboard? The board doesn't have a Type-C internal header but a port on the rear I/O panel.
