Type of spray paint that is white to colour in the TUF MARK 1 Z270 from asus?

I'm planning to take off the shields of the tuf 1 and spray paint it white. But im unsure how to take off the shields and the type of spray paint im supposse to buy please help!!!!

For the plastic shrouds, nothing fancy, just whatever paint you want to use. Typically when people paint components that receive some amount of heat, they will use engine enamel paint, but it isn't really necessary.

As for removing them, there should be some screws, or they simply clip in. Watch for wires on the ones that light up.
