Type of Window mode(Fortnite)

Hello, I pay on a very small resolution since I have a crappy gpu, and I can only play windowed/windowed fullscreen(656x600) on fortnite since it has to be 720p for fullscreen, and I was wondering, which will give me more FPS, windowed fullscreen, or windowed?

Why not try them out and see? You have the game installed and playing it, set the mode and see how it runs.

Just windowed(assuming u meant lower than the resolution of full screen) will be better due to graphics card limitations. But seriously, get at least a budget GPU xd.
