I am currently not using a graphics card since I am just going to rely on the 2200g for the moment.

My mobo only supports DVI D cables which just today I have recieved one. But upon connecting then I recieve the "entering power saving mode" issue.

The RAM was switched back and forth. I am really worried that there might have been an issues since I just about built my first PC 2 days ago.

I also have a bunch if black VGA cables which I am unsure where to plug, thanks.

OK. Run through that checklist very carefully.

Also, make sure the monitor is on the correct input.
Make sure the PSU switch is on and the front power switch is wired correctly.

Does anything light up or spin when you turn the pc on?
Yes, my PC turns on just fine. The LED and Fans turn on fine. This problem also occurred on my last PC which lead to me buying the parts and building this one.

I have cycled through the monitor inputs just to be sure and the same problem kept occurring.
