Starting 11/30/16 typing capital letter "L" in any application triggers a "TouchPad Driver Diagnostics" window and creates a 641KB file with data. File name is "SynKernalDiag(date&time).log. I am running up-to-date version of Win10 64bit on a Toshiba Satellite C55Dt-A which uses Synatics touchpad. I have touchpad disabled when using my USB mouse. Looking for possible cause and help in eliminating.

There is a 4 digit SKU number pas the A in your model number to help distinguish it's internal, can you please pass on the SKU? I'm also going to assume your motherboard/laptop BIOS is up to date.
