U320 onboard + 1x16 PCie Xeon mobo //or // 1x16 + 1 PCI-X 64

I'm searching for a motherboard that can satisfy this requisites:

- Use of U320 15k Disks (80 pin SCA2), onboard or with an PCI-X slot to use a good controller.

- 1x16 Pcie Slot (for a playing graphic card).

- Dual or not. (it doesn't matter, but i suppose any motherboard with this stuff 'd be dual.

- Amd or intel. (i've founded only intel solutions).

- not more than 500$ (i'm planning on buy a refurbished one if it'd cost more)

I'd be grateful for Any help or recommendation on this election!!!
