Ubisoft game transfer

Hello,
I am just wondering if I can give my friend the download file to farcry 4 so he does not have to download the game all he has to do is install it.
I have downloaded it on my ubisoft account but he has not. Can I use my download file on his account?
Sorry if this is a stupid question just wanting to know.
If I can do this what do I transfer over and where do I put it.,
