Hi everybody,

I installed this wifi card:
https://www.amazon.com/2974Mbps-Blu...=1&keywords=ubit+wifi+6&qid=1610302773&sr=8-4
on my pc which is an old Packard Bell IMEDIA D4612 IT (2009).

The bluetooth works fine on both Windows 10 and Ubuntu 20.10. However, the wifi does not work neither on Windows 10 (1909 (10.0.18363)) nor on Ubuntu 20.10 even though I installed the most updated drivers.

In Windows 10 there a yellow exclamation mark on "Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz" and in device status it says:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Thank you very much.

Hello ggelli2014.

How recent are the WiFi drivers? In addition, do they explicitly state that they are designed for the latest version of Windows? If the device drivers are not stated to function on Windows 10, that could be the cause of the issue. If that is the case, however, you will have to find other WiFi drivers.

In Windows 10 make sure that all current updates are downloaded, then attempt to update the driver in the Device Manager and let the computer find it automatically. No guarantees, but I've had this work with a number of network adapters.
I updated Windows to 20H2 version and also the wifi drivers but still it does not work.
