Question ublock origin issue

Hi,

I use chrome as my browser and I use an extension called ublock origin. For those who are familiar with this extension, I am hoping someone could tell me how to dashboard>my rules and add the following: chrome-extension://cjpalhdlnbpafiamejdnhcphjbkeiagm/dashboard.html#dyna-rules.html and then

Add the rule in new line under Temporary rules.

Any help is greatly appreciate it.
