Ubuntu asks wireless key after giving the correct key

Recently I installed Ubuntu 14.04 on my mom's laptop for her work and stuff. Everything OK but when I tried to connect to our Wireless network has this issue. Just I go to the wireless list, select ours, then asks for the password, I give it, works a bit and then asks for the password again, like if it was incorrect, but is not.

I've tried some commands in terminal, reseting the router, even changing the encription from WPA2 to WPA, but nothing.
