Ubuntu Freezing 5 - 10 minutes after boot.

I've had quite a few problems with Ubuntu and I've been able to fix most but I can't fix this one. When I start Ubuntu, after 5 to 10 minutes, it freezes, cursor and all, no matter what I'm doing, It can just be sitting there, I can be playing a game, I could be watching videos, it doesn't matter. I read through and tried all the solutions on http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/378380-31-freezes-minutes-working but nothing there worked. My ram is just fine, it passes the Memtest, each stick individually and both together. Any fixes?

Try with Fedora or other distrobution and see if the issue still persists. "freezing" is such a generic error it could be anything really.
